I am not born for one corner; the whole world is my native land. Lucius Annaeus Seneca

Why Travel Symphony Blog?

I’ve created Travel Symphony to share my travel experience and to help others planning and organizing their trips. Within my travel experience, I’ve had a chance to use many travel services. I have visited over 15 countries, lived in 3 countries on a long-term basis, met many great people, and participated in different events. I believe traveling is the best way of learning, and it also can be budget, thus available for everyone. In my blog, I have collected all the travel services and tips that could help you in your future trips. I really hope they will be of use and you will reach your own Travel Symphony on your trips! Meanwhile, let me tell you a little bit about myself.

I am all about movement. My life philosophy started from one Latin phrase “Semper in motu”, which means always in motion and action. If you ask me to choose 5 words that describe my passions best of all, these would be traveling, performing, volunteering, dancing, and photographing. As you can notice, the movement is what combine all these activities.

Traveling. Show me a person who doesn’t like traveling! It’s a hard task, isn’t it? For me the best parts of the traveling are exploring new places, discovering new cultures, meeting new people and gaining experience. Our planet is full of mysteries and beauties that are worth seeing. I am sure, my travel list will never end!

Performing. I devote a big part of my life to performing. Starting from secondary school I performed a lot. It is something that inspires me and comes from my soul. I can’t explain my affection for performing. Maybe it’s a natural one since “all the world’s a stage, and all the men and women merely players”.

Volunteering. Throughout all my life I am actively involved in different kinds of social and cultural activities aimed at improving life of local and international communities. I love organizing, improving, helping, communicating with people, and making friends.

Dancing. I have tried different types of dancing from hip-hop and break dance to latin and salsa. I enjoy them all. Mood and music usually create the atmosphere and encourage dancing. Dancing is a great kind of sport that provides an amazing physical condition as well as oceans of drive and energy.

Photographing. Beautiful views and unusual places have never left artists indifferent. I am not an exception. We always know that no image will ever capture a scene you can actually see. However, by trying to photograph nature you have a chance to look at the same view from another angle. Enjoy the beauty of the world with me in the travel gallery or better see it with your own eyes!

5 Funny Facts about Me and My Life

1. I have ants in my pants. In my childhood my mom always told me that I had “ants in my pants” because I couldn’t sit on one place more than 5 minutes. She thought it would change when I grow up but in opposite way it just took root. So, the older I grow, the more plans and ideas I have. So, the only thing I would like to have is 48 hours in one day or to have a magical ability of being in two places simultaneously.

2. I have never lived in one place. When I was studying at school there were three places in my home city: where my parents lived, where my granny lived and where my great-grandma lived. So, I would live in all these places simultaneously. Although the most of the time I spent with my great-grandma, who lived closer to my school and university, but I had my clothes and stuff in two other houses.

3. I love walking at night alone. No, I am not a maniac. I just love night, stars, a moon and breezy night air. It’s much better when this combination is completed by a night sea. Many agree there is something magic about the night sea. It inspires ideas, thought, and dreams.

4. I can work at a lathe. My grandpa always wanted to have a grandson but by a twist of fate he got two granddaughters instead. So, as an elder sister, I was turned into a kind of grandson. I helped to repair cars, traversed pieces on the lathe and experienced other interesting activities as a granddaughter of a mechanic and turner. And you know, it’s fun. Seriously, it is very great to be well-rounded and to get diversified skills.

5. I have never wanted to grow up. No, I was not afraid of entering adulthood. Basically, I am not afraid of almost anything. There is another reason behind it. When people grow up, they laugh and smile much less, they start worrying more, they forget their childhood desires and dreams, they stop believe in miracle, they are being caught by routine, and they care about wrong things like money instead of enjoying the life. If you can confidently state it’s not about you, let me be proud of you and I would be happy to hear your life philosophy!

Principles

  • 1
The first principle is my life motto. It’s all about me. Never stop doing things. Never stop helping people. Never stop inspiring people. Always moving forward. No matter what.
  • 2
The second principle is based on two my favorite travel quotes, which are “The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page” and "Travel is the only thing you can buy that makes you richer". These quotes comment themselves.
  • 3
The third principle is about creativity. Standard traveling when you walk somebody’s path is not fun. Every person should follow his/her own desire, create his/her own harmony and explore the world. Such way of travel we call Travel Symphony. Find your travel harmony when you feel that your trip is just perfect.
